Our Shipping Policies


Our pieces are made to order. Projected lead times are posted on each listing. Lead times are projections at the time of purchase and can vary depending on the volume of orders that come in near the time of your order. If any delays arise, we will notify you prior to your completion date with an updated projection for completion. Current lead times:

Small tables (end, console, sofa, coffee), Shelves, Desks, Benches - 3-4 weeks

Dining Tables, Mantels - 4-6 weeks

Epoxy Furniture - 6-8 weeks

Credenzas, Bookcases, Bedframes, Buffets, Custom Furniture - 8-14 weeks


Smaller items will be sent via standard FedEx shipping. We send all necessary hardware  with all shipments. For items over $500 a signature is required unless you request otherwise.

Any legs will be shipped separately to avoid damage in transit.

Larger items will ship via FedEx Frieght. Once picked up from Brick Mill Co., we will send you tracking details. FedEx will contact you when your order is in your area to setup the final delivery. The pallet will be delivered to the end of your driveway and the driver will not help bring it into your home. INSPECT all pieces upon receiving for any damage. Most minor damage can be remedied with a touch up kit that we will send free of charge. If you notice significant damage to your order, please contact us right away and we will work towards a resolution. Any damage claims after 24 hours will not be accepted. Once you inspect and sign for the crate, we recommend taking the top off the crate with a pry bar (corners are screwed in to ensure the top does not pop off in transit) and bringing items in to your home piece by piece. Customers are responsible for disposal of crate and all shipping materials - please reuse them as able.
