Our beautiful cherry kitchen island top is a perfect island top or bar top. Each table top is meticulously handcrafted using beautiful cherry, which looks perfect in modern, contemporary, rustic, or farmhouse décor. You'll love the beautiful grain throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere to create memories on. You'll love seeing the beautiful grain permeate through the wood, showcasing the work mother nature slowly did over time. It's an heirloom piece that you'll have in your home for years to come.

We handcraft everything from scratch, in some cases drying the wood ourselves to be sure of its quality before it makes it into your home. We're a team of woodworkers that are passionate about creating bespoke furniture that is made to your specifications.

Our cherry kitchen island top is spray-finished with a polyurethane finish, so it will provide excellent scratch and stain resistance.

Sizing:

The island top is either 1.25" or 1.75" thick depending on the option chosen. You can select widths and lengths up to 96", with any size to the nearest inch. If you need something longer, or a different size, please reach out to us and we can accommodate.

Shipping:

We aim to get the item ready to ship within 3-4 weeks. Once the top is complete, we will contact you regarding a delivery date. This date may be upwards of 1-2 additional weeks. Some small assembly will be required, but it will be able to be done with small hand tools.

At Brick Mill Furniture, we source only top-quality hardwoods to create our furniture. Most of our wood comes from salvaged trees native to Pennsylvania which makes our furniture a sustainable option for your home.

Locally Sourced Wood

We aim to source as much of our wood as possible locally, supporting local mills and reducing our footprint. Much of our wood is made from salvaged and reclaimed trees, giving you a sustainable piece of furniture for your home or business.

how we create it

Each wood slab is dried through our state-of-the-art vacuum kiln. Traditional kilns only heat the outside of the wood, but our vacuum kiln dries from the inside out. Once dried, we use both a professional belt sander and a fine hand sander to make a beautiful flat surface for your piece. During the final stage, we apply a high quality 0% VOC plant-based finish that is toxic-free and made to last. Our hand finishes ensure an even distribution and smooth surface.

We pre-drill any necessary holes for assembly and source strong and durable industrial hardware, all included with your purchase.
