Standing Desk Top, Oak
If you’ve been looking for a standing desktop, this one is perfect! This is a custom oaks desk, finished and created in Pennsylvania.
Here, you’re receiving a custom piece of oak wood, between 26” and 96” long, and 1-1.25” thick. Thickness and length will vary slightly, due to the custom nature of the wood. You can contact us though with specific sizing needs.
Desk comes with basic hardware, but you can purchase legs from outside sellers to make this truly customizable. This wood table top is perfect for use with a desk converter or standing desk frame, if you need adjustable height.
Custom L Desk

Sometimes, bigger is better! At least, that’s the case with our custom L Desk. This modern desk is a perfect corner elbow desk. These are made of walnut wood, finished with a plant-based 0% VOC finish.
This desk is made of two fitted pieces of wood. These can each be 24” - 96” in length, and are generally 1-1.25” thick. You can choose the sizes that suit you during check out!
Features and Materials
Our standing desk tops are meticulously handcrafted using a wider range of woods. The solid wood desktops have a beautiful grain throughout the surface area, showcasing the wood’s natural beauty. The oak standing desk tops are finished using 0% VOC plant-based finish, meaning they're made to last.
Each table is handcrafted from scratch. In some cases, we dry the wood ourselves to ensure that you get only the best quality live wood furniture for your desk space. We have a passion and extensive experience in creating only bespoke furniture as per your specifications.
Sizing
We have standard sizes for the desk tops and also offer the option to customize them to your needs and preferences. The white oak table tops are made from pieces of solid wood whose thickness ranges between 1-1.25”. You can select any width and length up to 96”.
However, there may be an instance where you need something even larger. Maybe you have multiple monitors to accommodate, or need room for a laptop stand or custom keyboard. If you want a bigger desk space than our standard adjustment range, reach out to us with your specifications. We're happy to get custom!
You can also shop for a l shape desk! These desks can be great for accommodating a dual monitor setup, or those who need dedicated computer space and open desk space. Note that an L shaped desk consists of two desks, the main desk, and a return desk. Therefore, if you put two desks in your cart, it will show up as on L Desk. When making the order, please let us know if you would like the return desk on the right or the left.
Please note that we offer the tabletop and legs separately. You can go to another furniture store if you want to turn this tabletop into an electric standing desk, or height adjustable desk.

Our standing desk tops are best suited for use as a computer desk for your home office. However, you can also use them for your regular office. The desktop design fits well with modern, contemporary, Scandinavian, as well as rustic décor. We can also adjust the specific stain color to suit your interior décor.
Where or How to Use Standing Desktops
You can use your standing desk top while standing or sitting, making it a great sit stand desk option. You can use it as a workstation or as a computer desk. Since these desk tops are not an adjustable standing desk, it is best to use them with an adjustable chair that allows you to set a comfortable sitting position when working. When paired with a great chair, you can build an amazing ergonomic desk setup.
Care and Maintenance
There are a few things you can do to keep your desk in good shape for a lifetime!
Although the high-end 0% VOC plant-based finish used on the Oak desk tops is meant to last for a long time, you may need to reapply it after some years. The reapplication process is quite simple and you can do it yourself.
When applying stain, you do not need to sand the oak desk top. Rub the finish on the top of the table and allow it a few days to dry. You do not need to use a furniture wax on your white oak desk top as the VOC finish offers optimal protection on the grains and wood.
Below are 4 additional care and maintenance tips for your white oak desk top stand workstation:
- Place it away from direct heat, including radiators, heating ducts, fireplaces, and sunlight.
- Keep the humidity levels optimum in the room where the desk top is placed. You may need to use a humidifier during winter and a dehumidifier or air conditioner during summer.
- Do not use solvents, alcohol, or nail polish removable near or on the table.
- Do not place sharp, hot, or extremely cold items on the desk top.
- When cleaning the desk top, do not soak it up with water. Also, wipe any spillages immediately.

How Long Will It Take to Make and Deliver My Standing Desk Top?
We aim to get the item out to you within 2-3 weeks. However, it takes up to 4-8 weeks if we need to source white oak wood for your standing desk top. In the case where we need to dry the wood before beginning the production process, it may take up to two months in total to source the wood, dry it, build the table, and ship. The legs may be shipped separately from the tabletops.
What Are My Delivery Options?
We send smaller items (120 pounds and 7 feet long) through FedEx, UPS, or USPS. However, for larger units, we organize freight or white glove delivery to your home or office space at an additional cost. Get in touch with us to discuss the best shipping method for you and the exact additional costs.
Do I Need to Assemble the Oak Desk Top?
Most of our oak computer desk tops are easy and straightforward to assemble with minimal, readily-available tools. All you have to do is assemble the base, place the desk top symmetrically on the base, and fasten it. The L-shaped desktop comes with three legs to enable you to join the two pieces together.
Can I Customize the Legs and Size of the Oak Computer Top?
Yes, we offer customizations to suit your needs and preferences! While not all of our legs are height adjustable, you can get new legs to suit your needs. If you want to raise your desk to standing height, or simply find a new look, we can help. You can even get new legs for an existing desk if you need it.
