We source our wood as locally as possible. We strive to find Pennsylvania cherry, walnut, oak, maple, and other locally available woods to reduce our carbon footprint. We work with local millers who have specialty slabs and lumber available, and we purchase high-grade dimensional lumber from local mills.

We also source logs salvaged by tree-removal companies. Everything is dried in our state-of-the-art vacuum kiln, which dries the wood from the inside out and helps reduce the possibility of future cracking or warping.

We source the highest-quality lumber and slabs we can find. Most of our products receive a commercial-grade conversion varnish finish that is durable and well suited for use in your home.

Every piece is carefully sanded to a fine grit and finished by hand. All of our products are made in the USA.

Items under 120 pounds and seven feet in length are typically shipped through UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Table legs may ship separately from the tabletop, so packages may arrive at different times.

For larger or heavier items, we will arrange freight delivery. Freight delivery may require an additional charge because our standard shipping only includes items accepted by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. White Glove Delivery may also be available for an additional fee.

Please contact us for a shipping quote when ordering a table over seven feet long. For in-stock items, we generally aim to ship within two to three weeks, although lead times may be longer during busy periods.

For items under 150 pounds and eight feet in length, some minor assembly may be required, primarily attaching the legs to the table.

For larger and heavier pieces, we recommend having two people assist with assembly. In most cases, you will only need a screwdriver or drill.

Please take clear photos of the damage and contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to make it right. Refer to our refund policy for additional details.

Wood naturally expands and contracts in response to temperature and humidity changes. It may contain knots, cracks, wormholes, grain variations, and other character elements. Depending on the piece, these features may be filled with epoxy or left in their natural state when they do not affect the structural integrity of the wood.

Larger cracks may be reinforced with bow ties and epoxy. Because solid wood is a natural material, we cannot guarantee that a piece will be completely free of natural characteristics.

Product photos show previously completed pieces. Your furniture will be similar in design, but the grain pattern, color, and natural character will vary. No two pieces will look exactly the same.

We vacuum-dry our wood to approximately 6%–8% moisture content, depending on the slab and wood species.

Our finishes are designed to last for many years. For routine cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. When additional cleaning is needed, use a mild, natural soap.

After years of use, the finish may benefit from renewal. Our finish manufacturer offers a product called Renew that can be applied without sanding or refinishing the entire table.

We also recommend maintaining a comfortable and consistent temperature and humidity level in your home. Extremely dry conditions may cause movement or other issues in solid wood.
