This table is the centerpiece of my great room and invariably is the favorite piece of anyone who visits. The craftsmanship and construction are beyond compare and the communication and customer service from order to delivery were second to none. Zac and team knocked it out of the park with this one!

Absolutely blown away by the quality/craftsmanship of our Brick Mill table. We love our "Piper" style dining room table, and with how heavy/solid the piece is - it feels like it will last a lifetime. Our table arrived missing a leg bolt, and the support team at Brick Mill was super responsive (express shipping us a full set of new bolts to get our table put together). Top-tier table, fantastic design, amazing support. If you're considering getting something custom made for your home, Brick Mill is definitely a standout company that deserves your attention!

Ordered a custom black walnut table with black epoxy river. SO AWESOME! Exactly to the measurements we provided and exactly as pictured beforehand. And . . . Arrived earlier than expected. Could not be more pleased with the service and product and price. Wonderful company with which to do business. Highly recommend! Now . . . I need a serving tray to match!! The Walnut dining table with epoxy is beautiful and striking! I am super-thrilled with it. Expect to wait 3 - 4 months, but they tell you that up front. When I inquired for a status update (2x, as I was anxious) they responded within an hour or two. And they were right on theark with their estimate. My husband who is a woodworker thought some of the finish could be better for the price, but I absolutely love it🎉

We are in love with our new table! We ordered a very large epoxy river table for our dining room and it’s gorgeous. The quality is amazing. It was crazy heavy and hard for the delivery person to drop off, we even had to hire movers to get it into our house, but it was totally worth it. Customer service was good, even with a couple nudges, they sent us pictures of the slabs they wanted to use and checked in with us during the process. Definitely worth the value!

The quality of the desk is outstanding and fully justifies the price. It took about four months to build, but the craftsmanship made it well worth the wait. However, the shipping and delivery experience did not reflect the high standards of the product. The desk arrived in a large commercial-grade crate, which cannot be disposed of through regular residential sanitation services in New York due to local regulations. After FedEx informed me they would be delivering it curbside, I contacted Brick Mill to arrange white glove delivery and paid an additional $250. The delivery was then redirected to a moving company—but unfortunately, their service left much to be desired. They requested additional payment prior to delivery, the team was unsure how to handle the crate, and ultimately they left it on the sidewalk. My building warned me that this would result in a sanitation violation for which I would be responsible, so I had to contact the moving company to return and collect the crate myself. At that point, I wasn’t sure how much support Brick Mill was providing, and I had to manage the situation on my own. While Brick Mill is responsive via text, there is no way to speak to someone directly by phone even when I asked for a call back. For a high-end furniture purchase, a smoother and more professional delivery experience is a reasonable expectation. I hope Brick Mill takes this feedback seriously and improves their logistics going forward.

We are very happy with the quality of our custom wood and resin coffee table. The customer service has been excellent. It's beautiful and the team was wonderful to work with. They worked with us step by step to make sure the table was what we wanted.

Ordered a long end table from Brick Mill. The piece of furniture is gorgeous! We love the deep colors of the Black walnut finish. The table was expertly packaged in a crate and delivered by FedEx Freight. We absolutely love it!!

They made us a bed and a table, love the walnut they used and the construction of the materials. One of the pieces of the table had some damage in the shipping, they replaced the piece for us at no cost to us. Very appreciate of that. Would recommend this company

Brick Mill is a hidden gem. From start to finish, our custom-designed table and chair purchase was exceptional. Amy, our primary contact, provided Concierge service at every step. She answered our questions right away and explained the process in detail. We were even given the opportunity to review and approve photos of the raw materials used for our table. We have never ordered custom furniture online before and could not be more satisfied. Price points are fair, shipping is free and the quality is unparalleled. We are already planning our next purchase.

So far so good! The ordering process was easy. Everyone I chatted with was able to answer all my questions in a very professional way. Their website is beautifully created and definitely inspires one’s mind. I have ordered a custom size walnut & epoxy dining table. I love the fact that the wood is locally sourced and that shipping is free. Though I did splurge for the white glove delivery because its a heavy table and I might not be able to get it in my house from the curb alone. Will post photos once it arrives.

I’m a retired contractor/carpenter I was extremely impressed by the craftsmanship of this tabletop Jack at brick mill was fantastic to work with. He would consistently update me with ongoing stages of the Project ,Including photos , colors, etc. Always answered any questions that arised, Would not hesitate to purchase from brick mill again. We ordered 4 floating shelves and loved them so much that we custom ordered 2 countertops to match. Customer service was flawless and they communicated with us at each step of the way. Everything went smoothly except for some difficulty with the installation of the floating shelves where we had to ream out a few holes because the pipes were not square to the bracket in order to get them to mounted. All in all I would definitely order from the again. Professional workmanship and top solid wood quality. Love how they turned out. These made our family room turn out amazing.

I have a deep appreciation for walnut furniture, and our bedrooms are entirely furnished with Stickley walnut pieces. However, when it came to finding the perfect dining table and chairs, Stickley didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. After a month of searching, my wife discovered Brick Mill, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Initially, we were hesitant since Brick Mill is based in Williamsport, PA, while we live in Orange County, CA. We worried about the logistics and potential for shipping damage. However, from the very beginning, Jake and Zac were incredibly helpful and reassuring. They sent us photos of the actual wood slabs they planned to use for our tabletop, ensuring we were completely satisfied before moving forward. Once completed, our table was shipped via FedEx Freight in a well-secured wooden crate. To our relief, it arrived in perfect condition. The solid walnut tabletop was extremely heavy, requiring a few friends to help bring it inside, but the effort was well worth it. After assembling it, we instantly fell in love with our new table. The craftsmanship, materials, and finish are absolutely top-tier—truly a stunning piece. Shortly after, our six chairs arrived, also in perfect condition. While the pictures on the website looked great, they don’t do the chairs justice—they are even more beautiful in person. Brick Mill is destined to become one of the nation’s top-quality furniture makers (if they aren’t already). They use premium domestic woods, and everything is proudly made in the USA. We recently received our Brick Mill dining table and it exceeded our very high expectations. After shopping extensively in furniture stores we were unable to find what we exactly wanted. We discovered Brick Mill online and took a bit of a leap and ordered based on web photos. Brick Mill was easy to work with and accommodating with our requests. The table we received is certainly an heirloom piece of furniture. The craftsmanship, quality and beauty of the wood is extraordinary. This is a solid, heavy piece of furniture. We opted for a 42" square counter height table with two 12" leafs. With the exception of not being able to feel the quality, I believe the photos do it justice; simply beautiful. The table arrived in perfect condition in a crate that was solidly crafted to protect any valuable shipment. Bottom line, a very positive experience and a very happy customer that highly recommends Brick Mill.
