We aim to source as much of our wood as possible locally, supporting local mills and reducing our footprint. Much of our wood is made from salvaged and reclaimed trees, giving you a sustainable piece of furniture for your home or business. We make all our products in Pennsylvania from start to finish.
Each wood slab is dried through our state-of-the-art vacuum kiln. Traditional kilns only heat the outside of the wood, but our vacuum kiln dries from the inside out. Once dried, we use both a professional belt sander and a fine hand sander to make a beautiful flat surface for your piece. During the final stage, we apply a high quality conversion varnish plant-based finish that is toxic-free and made to last. Our hand finishes ensure an even distribution and smooth surface.
We pre-drill any necessary holes for assembly and source strong and durable industrial hardware, all included with your purchase.

The desk stands around 30" tall, and is made from 1 or 2 pieces of walnut that are between 1.5-1.75" thick.

Do you prefer the lighter, even more, rustic look of ash wood? Our Live Edge Slab Computer Desks are made out of oak, ash, or maple to complement any office space perfectly.
Using beautiful locally sourced ash lumber milled right in Pennsylvania, your Live Edge Desk is hand-sanded and finished with a 0% VOC plant-based finish. Our heirloom-quality live edge wood slab desks only improve with time, showcasing mother nature’s stunning dark grain more and more the longer you have it.
Our desks come in a number of lengths and widths, and we can make them from 30" up to 96" long. Each piece is around 1.5"-1.75" thick, but can vary based on the length and piece we select for you.
While each desk normally stands 30” tall, please reach out to us if you require a desk that differs to those currently available.
Our high-quality finishes protect your product for many years to come, so there is no need to ever use harsh chemicals on your Live Edge Desk. Instead, we recommend using a damp cloth to remove any spills or accumulation of dust.
In the case of a particularly stubborn buildup that a wet cloth cannot remove, natural soap can be used in addition to a wet cloth. In addition, keeping your home at a natural humidity level and temperature will help with the longevity of your Live Edge Desk’s life.
Many years in the future, it is possible that you will need to renew the finish of your Live Edge Desk. In this case, we recommend a finishing solution called Renew, which can be applied by simply rubbing it into the desk. No sanding or additional work required!
The table legs/hardware of your Live Edge Desk will be shipped separately, so there will be some minimal assembly required. If your Live Edge Desk is over 150 pounds and 8 feet, it is recommended for two people to complete the assembly process. While we include basic assembly instructions, the pre-made rivets should not require more than a basic screwdriver.
The beauty of live edge furniture is that each piece is as unique as the tree they came from. While your item will be to your sizing specifications, your Live Edge Desk will show slightly different grain patterns, character elements, and colors than the photos you viewed online. This means that your piece is 100% one of a kind!
We have a wide variety of American-made legs! All of our legs are finished in Black Powder Coating. If you would like a different finish, please contact us and we would be happy to discuss your options!
If you are not happy with your Live Edge Desk for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. All we ask is that you pay the shipping cost to safely return your Live Edge Desk back to us.
