We cover seat cushions for 10 years from defective collapsing. Seat cushions will soften with age. This is normal and not covered however, we can always send you new cushions no matter where you are for a small charge. That’s why we build them the way we do with removable cushions. So you can change the seat cushions when needed.

For back pillows, we will always give you more fill as your pillows lose their shape. We can send you some through UPS as long as you pay for the shipping.

We offer 3 different seat cushions so you can customize the seating to your specifications. They are: Soft, Medium, and Extra Firm.

SOFT Our Signature Seating is our Down/Innerspring Seat Cushion. This premium cushion is made with Reflex Foam and contains 27 individually wrapped coil springs, that are then encased within our down/feather blend and covered in a down proof ticking. This provides you the best of both worlds. Soft plush seating with excellent support. We like to say you will sit IN our furniture, not ON it. It is not too soft, but just right for the majority of our customers. Any cushion can be put on any style and they all come with a Lifetime Warranty.

MEDIUM Our Standard foam cushion is 1.8 lbs/per cubic foot. With a 27Lb. ILD (Indentation load deflection). This is our softer seat.

EXTRA FIRM Our Extra Firm is also a 1.8Lbs but with a 44 lb. ILD. This is our firmest seat.

Leathers used in furniture are processed to a uniform thickness by splitting hides into two layers: Top Grain (the top 3/64 inch) and Split Grain (the lower layer).

• Top Grain Leather is the strongest and most durable part of the hide due to its tight fiber structure. However, if the hide has too many imperfections, the surface is sanded down, removing its natural grain and breathability. A new grain pattern is then heat-embossed onto the leather, giving it a less natural look and rougher feel.
• Full Top Grain Leather comes from hides with minimal imperfections. These hides are left in their natural state, preserving their breathability, durability, and authentic grain pattern.

Split Grain Leather is the lower layer left after the Top Grain is removed. It lacks the strength and fiber structure of Top Grain, making it prone to cracking, peeling, and overstretching. This results in poor-quality leather products.

Bicast Leather is Split Grain leather coated with vinyl for added strength. However, it is stiff, doesn’t breathe, and can feel uncomfortable—hot in summer and cold in winter. These are often found in big box stores and may look appealing but lack the quality and durability of genuine Top Grain leather.
