Our beautiful wooden box mantels are the perfect fireplace mantel or living room mantel. Each item is meticulously handcrafted using organically sourced lumber, which looks perfect in modern, contemporary, rustic, or Scandinavian décor. You'll love the beautiful grain throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere to work on. You'll love seeing the beautiful dark grain permeate through the wood, showcasing the work mother nature slowly did over time. It's an heirloom piece that you'll have in your home for years to come.
We handcraft everything from scratch, in some cases drying the wood ourselves to be sure of its quality before it makes it into your home. We're a team of woodworkers that are passionate about creating bespoke furniture that is made to your specifications. We only use high end finishes and brackets, because we believe in quality.
Our box mantel is finished with a 0% VOC plant-based finish, so you'll feel good about putting this piece in your home.
Sizing:
The mantel is a 6" x 6" box and you will select the length desired, up to 96". If you need a custom size, please reach out and we will be happy to accommodate.
Shipping:
The mantel and the hanging cleat will be shipped together. We aim to get the item out within 2-3 weeks. Shipping can take up to an additional 7 days.
Installation:
The hanging cleat must be installed into a solid surface such as a stud, masonry (concrete/brick), or otherwise solid surface. Incorrect mounting could result in a mantel that cannot support the weight. A drill, level, and tape measure will be required for installation.

We aim to source as much of our wood as possible locally, supporting local mills and reducing our footprint. Much of our wood is made from salvaged and reclaimed trees, giving you a sustainable piece of furniture for your home or business.
how we create it
Each wood slab is dried through our state-of-the-art vacuum kiln. Traditional kilns only heat the outside of the wood, but our vacuum kiln dries from the inside out. Once dried, we use both a professional belt sander and a fine hand sander to make a beautiful flat surface for your piece. During the final stage, we apply a high quality 0% VOC plant-based finish that is toxic-free and made to last. Our hand finishes ensure an even distribution and smooth surface.

We pre-drill any necessary holes for assembly and source strong and durable industrial hardware, all included with your purchase.
